Before proceeding with the return process, please make sure your purchase meets the following criteria:
- The drone is in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
- The return request is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The drone has not been excessively used or damaged (general wear and tear expected).
Step-by-Step Guide to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Log Into Your Account
1. Open your web browser and go to our website.
2. Click on the `Login` button at the top right corner.
3. Enter your username and password.
4. Click `Login`.
Step 2: Locate Your Order
1. Once logged in, navigate to the `My Orders` section.
2. Scroll through your recent orders and click on the order number of the drone you wish to return.
Step 3: Initiate the Return
1. In the order details page, click the `Initiate Return` button.
2. Select the drone(s) you want to return from the list.

We use `DroneXchange`, a specialized software for managing drone returns and exchanges.
1. **Download and Install DroneXchange**:
- If you haven’t already, download the `DroneXchange` software from our website's `Resources` section.
- Follow the installation instructions provided.
2. **Open DroneXchange**:
- Launch the `DroneXchange` software and log in using the same credentials as your account on our website.
3. **Create a New Return Case**:
- Click on `New Case`.
- Fill out the return form with the required details, including:
- Order number
- SKU number of the drone
- Description of the issue or reason for return
- Attach any relevant photos or videos demonstrating the issue.
- Click `Submit Case`.
Step 5: Packaging and Shipping
1. **Wait for Approval**:
- Our team will review your return request. You will receive a notification via email once the return is approved.
2. **Print the Return Label**:
- Log back into `DroneXchange`.
- Go to the `My Cases` section and locate your return case.
- Download and print the return label provided.
3. **Pack the Drone**:
- Place the drone and all accessories back into the original packaging.
- Securely pack the original box into a shipping box.
- Affix the return label to the shipping box.
4. **Ship the Drone**:
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping service or schedule a pickup.
Step 6: Track Your Return
- You can track the status of your return using `DroneXchange`:
- Open the software and go to the `Track Returns` section.
- Enter your case number to see the latest updates.
Step 7: Refund Process
1. **Return Confirmation**:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned drone, you will receive an email confirmation.
